We hope that you will love everything you buy from us. However, if this is not the case, we will accept the return, provide refund or change for you if problem is due to wepromdresses.com mistake.

1.WHAT IS OUR RETURNS POLICY?

In for you to be eligible for a successful return, exchange or refund, you need to provide clear photos to our customer services representatives to show where the production department went wrong. If you cannot provide the pictures, unfortunately the design department cannot give you a solution. Please note that our production department carefully checks each dress to confirm the size and color before shipping. They also take pictures before shipping just in case there is a problem. If problem was caused by wepromdresses.com then please contact our customer services so that they give you the correct return address because the address on the packaging is the courier company address not ours. When you return the dresses back to us in a condition that will be suitable for the resale within 15 days of the date shown on your dispatch note.

When we confirm the arrival of the package you returned, we will refund you the payment and the refund will come to your card within 7-15 days. Please patiently wait for all the refunds. In order for you to get a full refund the following information is needed: 
a) The order number
b) Item number
c) Photo of the products you sent back and tracking number you got to return them
d) Photo of the shipping label on the package we sent to you

If you do not like the item you received or the item is damaged, kindly return the items in their original packaging to our specified address that you will be given by our customer services. We can only give you a full refund if the parcel we get back is in good condition.

For hygiene reasons, jewellery for piercings is non refundable.

You cannot return goods if:
The goods that were not bought from wepromdresses.com.

The dress that has been used, soaked in the water or if the tags have been removed. After you receive the dress please try it on first, if it fits then you can remove the tags and wash the dress.

2.What is our exchange policy?

Before sending the package you want to return, please fill out the exchange form included on your package slip and enclose it in your package. Shipping charges do apply to exchange orders, and are the responsibility of the customer.

For our international customers, please note that you will be responsible for the duties and taxes on any exchanges. For all the goods you exchange, please keep the tags and packaging and the goods in a condition that will not affect re-sale.

Since online shopping is not same as a physical shop, please make sure you give us the correct measurements in order to avoid any inconveniences. If you have no reason to return the products but you return the, we will charge you 50% payment of the original payment. Please check carefully before you order and you also can contact the customer services for clearer pictures of the dress.

How can I cancel an order that I have already paid for?

We understand that ordering an item for your special occasion is an important thing, and our cancellation policy was created with this in mind. However, it is important to note that our dresses are only made on order. We will send you an email to confirm the order details within 12 hours. Please read our email carefully and when you reply to confirm, the order will be processed immediately. Once the tailoring process has begun, the materials cannot be reused.

The good news is that after placing your order, there is still time to change your mind. Please refer to our cancellation policy below for details.

Our Cancellation Policy
For All Custom Made Dresses and All Standard Size Dresses
1. Orders cancelled within 12 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
2. Orders cancelled 12 - 24 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 50% of the product purchase price.
3. Orders cancelled 24 - 48 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 30% of the product purchase price.
4. Orders cancelled after 48 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a refund consisting of the full shipping cost only.
5. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
